Anyway, the buckle is like new now. After they did some light polishing on the tip.It is during our darkest moments that we must focus to see the light.

let me tell u another experience with my imac.
when i originally spoke to a japanese techie (based in brisbane); she told me that glass cannot be ordered, etc etc.
the glass wasnt sitting straight, so i told the apple techies about it (along with my lcd showing yellow spots).
he mention my glass is perfect, and just need to realign. i say, cannot be, better order a new glass to come in with the lcd, then if u find out, i dont have to wait.
so before i go in, i use uv pen to etch a corner of my glass; i request that the glass be realigned or replaced.
true enough, the techie comes back and says that the glass was cut slightly out of line, and replacement glass issued.Currently wearing:

Seem like the pricings and service quality at the local RSC have deteriorated recently ... Maybe I should trim down my Rolex collection (since 'timeless' classic designs, good value retention and reasonably priced & reliable servicing were what attracted me to Rolex in the first place) ...è¿ç¹å¸·å¹„ 决胜åƒé‡Œ

How can compare this way?
One is an overpriced watch from Swiss, the other is an overpriced PC from China. It is during our darkest moments that we must focus to see the light.

I have asked Watch Klinik and Top Hour whether they use original parts and they said yes.
How do we verify this? Just trust them?
Where is the origin of their parts? From Rolex? It is during our darkest moments that we must focus to see the light.

The servicing charges seem to be expensive.

I argued saying if thats the case shldnt it be a manufacture defect. they say no! Ask where i bought the watch, i say from overseas AD, RSC straight up say u got to go back to your retailer to see if they willing to change the dial for you, RSC cannot do anything unless is local retailer, they can "try" to ask the local AD to change. I thought Rolex come with international warranty?!!
I m at a lost! any lao jiao can advice?
