M series and Z series refers to the production period. current series is M, while the previous series Z.

    sub comes in

standard black face and black bezel
standard black face and green bezel aka the LV edition
TT combination - blue face with SS/gold bracelet.

If it's USD$5K still consider a good buy.

However, stay away from oversea seller, unless it's a well known and reputable seller.

Are you the first time purchase of rolex? Perhaps you may consider of getting it in local.

        Just my 2 cents...

Oh well, the recent STONE case is also from reputable seller.....

Firstly, it's illegal to export Rolexes regardless where you are from. My courier service will not accept ROLEX watches when declared as such.

Unless you are comfortable with buying without insurance.......

Do take into account the 7%GST and usually $40usd - $60usd Courier service cost.

I'd rather pay abit more to get it New or Pre-owned locally from reputable shops and have it verified in RSC than to take the risks of getting scammed.

Please don't buy from the internet especially if you have absolutely no prior experience. There are too many sharks out there preying on the uninitiated. As some fellow bros suggested, have a look see and feel around the local market first. Some reliable pre-owned dealers are good places to start and of course fellow bros here are also a good source of information.

You can also find more about Rolex sport models here.
