        submariner black ceramic not so hot?

        it seems like the black ceramic sub is cooling off which is pretty fast for a new model.

        anyone got the same feeling?

          Economy is not that good. Maybe result in ppl not buying watch. Maybe ppl not so willing to splurge 100% above list price to get new watch.

              Not really true.

              Maybe nowadays people go overseas to buy instead of paying a premium? Its a norm that grey dealers charges a premium e.g. Sub C LV list 10.8 but we have people selling as high as 13k!!

              I rather spend the additional 2k on a plane ticket and buy overseas that sells at list. This way, at least I get to go on vacation as well

              I think maybe its more of the garage sales not moving due to the price, but does not mean people arent snapping them up.

              just my thoughts.

                I guess the ceramic bezel no longer has the wow factor since the 1st rolex with such dial has been in the market for 3 years now...

                  Just saw the ceramic black sub in person in Changi Airport Terminal 1 Gassan Watches, no wow factor as compared to the new LV. List price at $9551.

                          A fren just back from HK saw AD selling Blk Sub C selling List price $HK51,000. After conversion its around S$9.1k Base on S$1 to HK$5.6/5.7.

                                List Price in Hong Kong is $53,900 HKD.
