Hi I will be going to HK this Dec and wonders if there is any reputable place that I can go to buy my first rolex..Wonder what to take note when buying rolex in HK?

Buy from AD, all rolex are same price.
I could not find someone offer cheaper.

it seems like ADs is clearing some old models and rising the price of new models. Owing a favorite watch like Rolex regardless is old or new model, there is someone collects/uses it.

i am now in hk, stay at the MIRA Hong Kong, just next door to the hotel are 2 shops with tons of rolexes, APs, Panerai's.

All are preowned but their prices here are much better then what I can find in Singapore.

There are also numerous ADs in the area with Brand New Rolexes. This place is truly a watch heaven, if you can speak their language and haggle a bit, I am sure you can get a great deal

Presently in Hong Kong now. Was thinking of getting my 1st Rolex here.

I am staying in Nathan Hotel in Jordan and beside the hotel, the is the AD by the name of " Zhou Ta Fu 周大幅".

Anyone get your Rolex from them?

I am also thinking of getting 1 Paneria.

Anyone know whether there is any AD around Jordan area?

Please advise.

I think they mostly have those classic models like DateJust. If you want the pro models like sub or Daytona, then depends on availability as it's rare. What I know the price is cheaper as no GST and they may offer discounts. But they may not have stocks or "reserve" for their regular customers and not tourists.

I think they don't have Panerai. Try to find other ADs or Panerai shop. I think they are a few non ADs shop behind the main Nathan Road.

Was walking in Central yesterday and saw a few Rolex AD having display of Sub and GMTII.

Will go again today and check out the pricing.

Black Sub is about $10.6k
Green Sub is about $11.4k
GMT Master II is about $10k

All prices are estimated retailed price as I am not sure the prices as there are several updates this year. And there may be above list price or no discounts. Which Sub you saw? If can find Green Sub better grab. If Black Sub also not bad. I think you surely get a better deal. Please share the HK prices.
