Understand from a watch dealer, due to the weakening of Euro dollar & financial crisis . Prices of european made watches will not increase, there's a greater chance of a getting a good deal. If this is so, it will be a good time for some new acquistion.

Probably a one-off... I would buy at $7.4K then flip it straight away at mkt rate !!!

got so much meh? i got local AD offer me $9.4k but i din pull the trigger. so far most grey dealers offer $8.9k-$9.1k lor.

Better to save or pay for something only when you can afford it.

Based on my understanding, the credit card company dont provide temp increase for local purchase, but that was years ago.

buy what you can afford on cash terms.
i don't mean to be a snob when i say if one needs to swipe multiple cards or buy on instalment, then one should rethink the decision to buy and either save up some more or lower budget range. i fell into that trap before in my younger days, so i know. it's a painful process to climb out of the debt spiral. trust me, the feeling of being debt-free and still be able to indulge in watches with whatever spare cash is priceless
