Hi,
Just bought a 16660 transitional. Mine is a serial number 82xxxxx which should have come with a matt dial. The watch I bought had a glossy dial which the past owner had changed (he gave away the matt dial!!!) during a previous service
Ok so I thought nevermind...I go rolex centre and requested for the watch to be restored to its original condition. The svc centre said no...they dun have stock and they are lazy to check if the 82xxxxx series indeed came with a matt dial.
So has anyone has the same problem? wanting to change back to a matt dial? Is there any way to do it? Send it back to Switzerland?
