Rolex GMT 1675 with 16750 back case?

Would like to know if anyone ever come across a GMT 1675 5.4 mil serial number that come with 16750 backcase? Is it possible to ve such combination due to transactional period.

rolex is more inconsistent than we think. I've seen submariners with no rehaut, for example.

Totally possible that they ran out of parts at one stage, or at a service where they messed up the back case and didn't have the correct part to replace it. They just take from the drawer.
