  • Bezel Problem....

I have recently bought a Rolex Deepsea from THG Taka (August 09), somehow I discovered the platinum infills on the bezel starts to discolor, in fact one of the indicators completely 'came off'. I wonder is there anyone else facing the same problems or is it only me that has the worst luck of all? Do you all think the rolex centre will replace the bezel or they will just categorize it as wear and tear?

Thanks in advance for any advices given

    Best Regards,

    Edward

best is to bring the watch to rolex centre and show them what happened... as the watch is pretty new, should not be having such problems... or you can bring it back to the place where you bought the watch and check with them.

          It is most likely grease

It could be grease.. Try cleaning it with scrubbing bubbles wipes. My GMT-C bezel does the same thing. Insofar as an indicator falling off... well... I would be curious as to what the RSC says... Any chance of posting a picture?
