Which one should I buy?

1. DS is thick. may have problem fitting under long sleeve if wearing to work. will not be comfortable. look wise is personal.

2. GMT IIc got the new clasp and looks more bling than sub.

3. sub is the classic all time. only that it can be common.

the most important is preference for looks. function is redundant. how many actually use it?

If u want something understated, u can consider the 16600 SD, IMHO.

see which one speaks to you when test wearing them at the shop... I believe you will know which one to get then happy shopping.
