Price of Submariner TT

Hi all,
may i know why is it the RRP of submariner TT is around $18k but there are BNIB being resell at around $16k?
I am keen on getting one but not sure about the price.

Not easy to respond to your question

Those you saw (re)selling outside may be overseas sets? It is up to the seller, be it owner or independent watch shop/seller, to sell at any price he/she wants. The seller might have gotten the watch at a discount overseas (even locally), or at a lower than retail price due to tax rebate (for overseas purchase). Hence, the lower selling price. Best is to be thorough in your check what you are buying.
