  • Submariner TT 18k/SS Blue or Black Face

    Hi,

I am shopping for a submariner TT 18k/SS.

Was told by some shops that everything being equal, the Blue face command a higher price than the Black face. Is it True ?

But from my observation, most shops have blue face and the black face one seem rare....

    What's your opinion ?

Yes. Of the 2 TT Subs, the blue one is more popular and is more sought after

you can find a lot of black dials (sport models)...blue and white (explorer) dials are available for selected models only. that's why i chose TT blue sub first..i can always get black rollie when i've $$$

of course, in the end it's up to individual preference...

          cheers

              TT

Black TT is rare thus the reslae value remains high.

buy one that suits your budget first cos if for wearing, you want something you will be happy to see on your worst
No point you buy cos its mroe valuable but you never use cos end up its not as nice on the wrist
                              m 2 cents

personally the blue dial is what i'd get cos like what others have said, only the TT sub has the blue dial not counting smurf
