Hi guys, there are few options:

1. Sub Black bezel "V Series" going for $7,000
2. Sub LV Green bezel "V Series" going for $7500
3. Sea Dweller (Discontinued) "V Series" going for $8400
4. Wait and see

All are BNIB local set... which one will you guys choose if faced with these choices?

if u dont like cyclops but need date, then SD.
if u want something unique, sub lv
if u want to have a classic iconic piece sub date

IMHO:

1. Sub LV = acquired taste; if you like it, get it.

Else go for the black ones:

2. Sub date = iconic; never go wrong.

3. SD = if you don't like cyclops & don't mind spending a little more for the discontinued & higher-specced model.

But, that's just my personal opinion. I dun own any of the above models

ok. i would go for SD first. after all, this is possible the very last batch liao.

the sub date and sub LV will still be around for at least another year. so i wont rush for these 2.

but if you believe the rumours that LV will be discontinued soon, then now is a good time to get. this price is possible one of the lowest since launched.

then again, the price of sub date now is what some people paid about 2 years ago.

so depends on how you want to define value for money or best bang for buck.

Will u be wearing it for daily use or only for special occasions?

IMO for daily use, the sub/SD look good and is able to suit any attire, be it formal or casual wear.

The sub lv look can be subjective, might feel alittle hard to mix and match with ur daily attire.

Most importantly, try them on and see which watch u really like.

Just sharing what i feel.

Erm, I plan to wear it daily... i've tried all of them and the SD seems like the best fit... unfortunately, cannot afford that kind of pricing, LOL... or maybe anyone know where to get brand new SD for $7500? which local AD? hahaha... PM me if u know

I would advise get the Sub LV, reason being it's production is only 5yrs till date. Compared to sub date and SD where as their production is like many many many years liao. Don be put off by green Bazel, I like it the moment I wear it. Unique and different but ultimately you got are wearer and must like it yourself. At your current budget u can get liao. If you want to know where to get it PM me. BNIB. Local AD.

SD would be the next best choice. Cos discontinued liao. But just too many of them out there.
