GMT2 16710 watch dial and hand set

Hello fellow Rolex lovers,

I am looking to replace the black watch dial (some spotting) and perhaps even the hand set (doesn't glow anymore) of my GMT2. Does anyone know where I can get these parts? If the only place is at Rolex, any idea how much would the replacement cost?
