A link to more about the 91350 bracelet with the 501b vs 580 end links.
Here is an example of a 1680 with 73860 bracelet, GMT clasp using 580 end links.

There is no need to do that.

You can use a 78360 with 580 endlink on Submariner

From idea that you have provided and some googling I did since the morning, it now seems to me that the most efficient way is to change the clasp to a shorter one. It seems that changing the bracelet does not make much difference as there will still effectively be 5 or 4.5 links on the bracelet below the dial. For small wrists, the fit is still fine. But it is the longer clasp that tends to cause the watch to turn over the wrist from the top. What do you think? Have you come across someone successfully replacing the existing bracelet with that of the 78369? Would sure like to see the results.

for old model bracelets, there are minimum five links on each side of the bracelet.
So a shorter clasp makes a difference.

Therefore if you have a Sub which is too loose after removing all links, you have the following options

            1. Remove permanant link
            2. Replace whole 93150 bracelet with a whole 78360 bracelet
            3. Replace the 93150 clasp with a 78360 clasp

            Have fun

Ps. It is difficult to find a spare complete 78360 bracelet , it is also difficult to find just s 78360 clasp.

There is someone selling the 78360 clasp on eBay, but I am not sure if the clasp itself will suffice or if there are more parts that needs to be purchased.

The other option will be to replace the existing clasp with a guidelock clasp, something I am now seriously considering.

If my knowledge serves me right, you cannot replace glidelock on old bracelet due to the diff in link thickness and therefore pin screw holes.

If you buy a 78360 clasp, make sure it comes with the securing link on one side. Most of them sell without, and you will hv problems

The other side is secured by a springbar which can be adjusted along the length of the clasp.

                Goodluck

Here is a link about using the glidelock with the older Sub. I am pretty sure the same applies for the 14060.

I am not sure if the half link is necessary. Another link seems to suggest it will add to the comfort. The interesting part was about the mention of a half link available with the SubC but not the SD4000 which I have.
