Submariner circle marking on bracelet

Hi fellow members

Need some clarifications here. Is it normal to have a "circle" marking on the submariner braclet? In particular, there is only 1 link that has it. The rest looks perfectly normal. Please see the last picture on this post.

For Bluebirdy, hope you don't mind me using your post as reference. I have a similar thing at home and i cant figure it out why.
