      You mean this....?

p.s. photos not from Rolex, but photoshop by TRF members.

It could well be a tease by Rolex like how they did with the Cellini tease for Basel 2014. Only Rolex knows.

It would be interesting though if it is indeed a Blue Dssd cause the speculation is, what material then will Rolex use? WG like how they did with the Smurf Blue Submariner? If so, that would take an arm as big as Arnold to just read the time. Platinium? Like the Daytona Ice Bue dial? Even worst! Don't think Arnold will find it comfortable to have it dangling on his wrist.

Dont even go to pricing. It will not only cost an arm and leg, maybe some internal organs too.

And I really hope Rolex will not go towards the Special/Limited Edition marketing and too over the top watches since the new CEO from Zenith took over.

Guess, by the 4th, all shall be revealed...

            Nope.

            Nothing yet.

Rumors says that it will be a 10.30 pm launch at New York and will not be updated ASAP at their website and it is Deepsea related, so expect to see the earliest tonight/wee morning or the very next day. The biggest speculation is the actual Deepsea Challenge is the one to be unveil...

            Again...

            Ony Rolex know...

YEs...scratch proof but brittle and if you crash it...the luminous parts will be seen on the floor.....haha...In the deep ocean....

This is one of the best lume watch case for 2014.

The case is made at high temp in order for the ceramic powder to sinter.

A lume case should be an industry first. Kinda gimmicky but kudos nevertheless. Price point for a blue ceramic case (that also lumes blue?) dssd should be in the over 20k range. Niche niche.

Basically its quite set that it will be a new case material, ceramic.

Only thing is , unlike Rolex to not announce it as soon as possible. And not sure they base on which GMT timing.

Some of the nicer mock up I have seen...

Some say that its a ceramic model and some say its a ceramic coating on the usual normal Dssd steel casing.

Guess we will soon find out...

Apparently, it is the normal SS deepsea with a new dial variant....

                            Taken from a TRF Mmeber.
