Normally it comes with manual, certificate/card, receipt (of purchase), 2 boxes (outer card-board type & inner wooden) and a COSC tag. There'll also be a transparent hard plastic bezel protector and the older models, with green sticker at the case back (current models no more).

precisely, thats why i wanna let TS know first.

i mean, all the talk about no B&P is fine, etc etc doesnt really work that well in reality imo. Hence, people deerve to know certain things to consider and if they wanna take the risk, then they have to bear the consequences.

unless u buy to wear, and nvr gg to sell, then of cos nm loh

When ROC issue the certificate after paying $75. Does that mean the watch is deemed certified? Buying from a shop, should such certificates and paper be insisted?

I believe RSC do not issue a cert for authentification; merely a receipt to show proof of service. However, the receipt should suffice because they'll decline to provide any service if watch is found to be fake/modified.

                    Hi Alvin,

The watch is verified verbally as "Original Rolex" but there is no cert, the paper given is a receipt stating the S$75.00 paid, good thing is the series number is printed on it.

A senior here told me Australia Rolex services centre give cert upon verification.

One of the shop in People's Park said that they can send their staff to the RSC together for verification. After verification, there is peace of mind.

                      Cert

Coz I notice some of the pre-own shops selling Rolex is run by China nationals. I m worried if I do buy from one.

Seldom so. Most of them I'd asked assured that I could D-I-Y and if anything was found wrong, I could return for a full refund. I think this should not be an issue if the authentication is done right after purchase. You should take caution if you are only going to authenticate days or even weeks after buying. Dispute may arise if the watch is found to be fake or not as described on purchase. So advice is: make sure you are free for that few hours of buying your watch from a grey dealer, which should include your trip to RSC for authentication.

                            Good luck!
