Submariner's illuminated markers colour

The illuminated colour of my sub marker is sometime blue and sometime in green, is this normal?

Seems like that as well for my GMT IIc.

In total darkness looks more like green. In partial darkness look bit blueish.

It's normal. For the current running models, the lume is actually turquoise so sometimes it's green, sometimes blue.
