Mostly shld be gmt2 convert to gmt design using after market diamond n ruby. Because the real gmt saru is over 80k if im wasnt wrong. I doubt is the original saru because saru shld be white gold instead of steel

so far.. think theres people get blue/red bezel to change only.
hardcore upgrade will be changing green second needle to silver and watch frame.
