Wanna have all your expert advise.

Which is better?

1) Like Brand new GMT Master2, z series at S$6.9K. box with cert, oversea AD

or

2) Preowned GMT Master2, F series, 80% condition,there is a scratch on the crystal glass. no box and cert,at S$5.7K


If u, which will u choose?
I am only thinking of wearing it and not collect it.
which 1 more valur for $$$

Interesting choice... I will go for the F series if I can buy it at $5200

on the other hand, I think the LNIB Z series' price is on the high side. Unless all protective stickers are still intact, if not I will only pay $6300 for it...

all the protective stickers r still on. they say is BNIB but i think maybe the previous owner wear it for once or twice.

if protective sticker is still there, price is around there... I think seller will not lower his asking....

for the f series, if you can get $5200-5500, it is a good deal for today's market... later I don't know...

hey TS,if i were you i go with the Z...look at the F,shld be year 2004 its abt 5 yrs now and time to be serviced.(Cost of servicing abt $500) Worst part the preowned c/w no paper...

For a difference of 1k,i will go for brand new...best of luck on your purchase!

original paper is a certificate of warranty,which indicates the date of purchased and validity of the warranty period. And RSC verification paper or invoice,is to tell you that it is all original at the point of time.

Option 1 seems better for me as option need $ for replacing glass, servicing, polishing etc... But option 1 will be better if cheaper.

U cannot expect a watch u wear to be in perfect condition becos of wear and tear, but if u are going to pay that kind of $ for a preowned, it had to be at least decent condition when u received it.

last week i was quoted $490 for a submariner,you may wanna call RSC for the GMT master quote....shld be about the same.
