ss submariner with date - AD buying suggestions/tips

Hi all, I'll be in Singapore in a few weeks on the hunt for a ss sub with date, black version. I'd appreciate any recommendations on AD's that keep stock on hand, good to deal with and willing to offer a discount for cash. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.

Is it worth while trying to pre-arrange from overseas before I get there? Or is that a waste of time?

No one able to offer any suggestions on AD's? I'll be staying near the west end of Orchard rd so will obviously going to the ADs down that way but would appreciate any advice on the other ADs located elsewhere.

Do ADs normally keep their own stock on hand when they claim they have stock, or do they tend to share between stores?

Such popular models like Sub ss are rarely in stock. Even if they do, sell them at very little discount.

They only share stock among same chains, not across all ADs.

2 to 3 pcs of black @ $11XXX, bout 7pcs of half gold black/blue dial @ $17XXX with 10% discount
No green for sure

And no discount will be given for the black one as I was told
