anyone know what was the price of a DD with diamonds back in 1996 to 99?

just trying to compare how much the prices of DD has increased over a decade.

the current list price is $37,448 after 20% discount is still close to $30K!

with the prices of gold and the "shortages" expect prices to go up even more. 5% barely covers costs and inflation. price hikes in commodities will be enemy #1 if you are looking to buy.

Hi the model is 18239 which is double quickset (day and date) from late nineties.

you should save and get one, I am still admire my DD WG even after 10months!

personally, I love it more than my daytona

Just want to share my DD white gold I purchased 3 weeks ago.
Pre-owned,this crisis made it possible for me to buy.
I immediately rush down to RSC on the same day to have it checked and they confirmed all parts original but the verification costs me $100.

HI Thanks.
Serial number is on the side of the case, have to remove the bracelet to see the model number + serial number.
movement is quiet, no heartbeat sound whatsoever.
The DAY DATE SNAPS CRISPLY INTO PLACE AT MIDNIGHT AS IT SHOULD.

personally YG is nice, striking, easily noticeable but TOO common. if you have YG on your wrist (especially DD), people tend to 'uhm.. nice'. but with WG, the response is like, 'err.. can i take a look?' and more exchanges to go along

have no RG DD so can't comment. but RG daytona, what can i say. it's absolutely stunning with no lack of admirers.

if gals are only attracted with what's on ur wrist and not somewhere else thn.... seriously, cant picture a 17 yrs old wearing YG DD

<16: digital like g shock
<25: simple rolex
<30: sports rolex
<35: rolex with diamonds
>40: yg rolex, preferably with diamonds

It is perfectly cool to wear a dd regardless rg or yg or wg. I kept my solid gold strap and used a rolex leather strap and buckle for my wg dd diamond index with diamond bezel. Swee swee too. And took the usual train or bus with it. Lol.
