thanks, quite an interesting enamel dial. 1556 mvt is keeping good time despite it being 45 years old. Still getting used to 36mm watches after being used to >40mm. Think i am getting old and longing for some bling.
Still new to the game of day dates, but i must say its good value compared to the modern day DD II

The 6611 looks like new now! Swee! But for vintage collectors..... Dun they prefer it in original weathered look?
But then again.... I watch Kings of Restoration..... They restore old things to what they look like when they were new decades ago.... Also Swee mah..... So I guess it's up to individual taste..... Hokkien will say " LIM PEH song!" hahahhahaa!
