Help needed to identify what Cellini is this...

Hi gurus.. my uncle would like to know more details about this cellini of his. he bought it many years ago and till now is still clueless about it's "heritage".. we have tried googling for it, but just couldnt seem to find any info on it.. haha.. wondering if you guys can shed some light on it.
