Quite weird. The xxx341 is rose gold+choco dial, whereas the xxx343 is yellow gold+MOP dial. So yours should be the 178343, if the ROLEX website had posted correctly. Better get it clarified soon.

But his is rose gold...not yellow! Rose gold model number ends with 1.
