Almost sold my Pt DD 18206

I almost sold my pt DD recently. But I search around high and low, realised its difficult to even find a full platinum watch in Singapore, not to mention at S$25k nett. It's 2nd hand without papers but come with a rolex repair certificate.

I think if I sold it, I may never find another pt DD with such a price tag n with a repair cert. So I decide to keep it.

I contemplate to sell my pt DD cos its 36mm, a bit too big for my tiny wrist(despite many links being taken out), and despite its just 18206, it's rather hefty! I glad I did not make a move to purchase the 6 digits platinum as my wrist cannot move a tank!

Plus everyone should know I have my favourite 31mm white gold Datejust which suits me so well. I realise having 1 rolex is sufficient, that's why I contemplate to sell my pt.

But I have lost a fair amount $ in buying n selling watches. Therefore the pt DD was deliberately adjusted to fit my very tiny wrist to prevent myself from selling it.

I shall keep both my pt and wg rollies. Both are my dream watches and both have their merits, though I am towards my $12k WG.
