I got my watch yesterday! No explanation except that a screw came loose and that's it. When I try to further question her, she seems to be evasive about why a newly bought watch can have screw coming loose.
Asked if its possible to extend the warranty, lady said that there shouldnt be any problem since its now repaired and its in the system so even if its after 2 yrs plus, they should be able to repair FOC.
In any case, day 2 of repair, watch seems to be very accurate!

I thought there is a machine to check how many minutes or seconds off? No need to monitor, right? BTW, how do they monitor? The technican wears it?
