Rolex Day Date President Box-How much ?

Hi I am look to buy a 2nd hand Rolex DD President Box from the 90s.

The 90s DD box are to me the best looking box, the one with the rolex buckle like a brief case in dark brown leather.the outercase with the world map.

I saw some on the net selling anything from S$300 (incomplete) to S$800(complete set). what do you guys think? They are really nice and collectible since they dont make boxes that way anymore.

80s DD boxes are about the same just the colour of the leather look more reddish brown.

The 2000s DD boxes are the normal looking watchbox type.

I think very hard to find 90's DD box when you purchase the watch as some second hand shop might keep n sale too.

I won't pay more than $100 for it...unless it's the blue SUPER huge box for the full bling 1s at most I will pay $200 maybe

I like those boxes too...and there are some really "grand" looking 1s too..huge boxes sweee

i have a 1984 day-date rolex box. it is indeed dark red or should i say, maroon colour with a gold rolex buckle on top.

do you have a picture of the nice blue DD box you mentioned?
which year is your box from?

from my research the DD boxes of the 80s and 90s are similar i,e in maroon leather with the rolex buckles, like a briefcase.

wow,the watch the same as my dad but my dad's dial is the hour mark in diamond.
