show one of shifu the condition of my gold bracelet that is in similar condition on the watch on the left (reference to the picture) and said it is time to send for polish.
my shifu said NO.
my shifu then said as a watch collector, you should not send it for polish just because it is dirty (stained with sweat and dirt). you can do some polishing at home. there are 2 ways of cleaning
after using gold jewelry cleaning solution with a piece of cloth for like 30 mins. the effect can be seen (reference to picture). it turns bright yellow

- using toothbrush and toothpaste followed by using cape cod
- using gold jewelry cleaning solution and/or polish
