Hi seniors I do not know if getting GMT2 TT as my first watch. Is it okie.
Rolex centre selling me at $15,300...
Is it a good buy?

Yes it is ok as your first watch. No it is not a good buy. The list price I assume is $15,680? Discount normally ranges between 5% and 10% with the ADs.

for Local AD, 14k plus minus couple hundred would be a more resonable price.
I don't need another watch.

If TS has maybank credit card, check out cortina.
Can get another $640 off after discount from cortina.
Most worth currently if getting fr local AD.

yes, it is actually 8% rebate (capped at $640) from the final discounted price.
Unfortunately, I think 30 Jun is the last day unless they extend it.
