There are many indications from browsing the threads there that the discounts given by local ADs are controlled and the usual or max discount is 8% of the RRP.
For easy calculation, if we take the RRP as 10K, then discounted price will be 9.2K. 9.2K + 7% GST works out to be 9.844K. So effectively the final discount is only about 1.6%.
Isnt this an LPPL situation unless the RRP is already inclusive of GST?
