Price enquiry abt Rolex discount

Hi I am interested in getting the Date Just model 116234-0082 with 10 diamond index but was quoted only 10% discount. Can anyone tell me if this is a standard discount nowadays ( even if I pay cash) according to the sales guy? Or where can I get more discount as this will be my first Rolex watch. Thanks in advance for any comment or reply.

It's about standard for this series. You may be able to squeeze another 2.5%-5% if you try hard or when you are ready to put your money down.
