Guide : Buying Rolex in Dubai

Hi Guys,

I'm currently in Dubai rite now and thinking of getting a Rolex here. I wanna ask if the prices of rolex is cheaper here in Dubai or Singapore. Here's some of indicative prices:

Explorer II - about SGD6,490
Yacht Master - about 10,801
Oyster Datejust - about 6,104

Is it cheaper to get it in Singapore or Dubai?

If there's tax rebate it would be even better. But the prices are quite ok.

i guess the prices u posted are after discount......in this case, singapore is cheaper....

During the 80s, it was touted as the duty free haven for watches. Buy from there if u r paid in dhs. If not spore prices should be competitive.

decided..but the decision was short lived as my wife want me to spend my AED on a LV or a prata (prada) bag...

Heard some rumors that DDF will be having a sale on 20 Dec to coincide with their anniversary. The Discount given will be according to the anniversary i.e. 20 years = 20% etc...

Not sure how true izit. Otherwise can hoot a few rolex on that day.

I think the price you stated is slightly cheaper...

Recently I notice Rolex price in S'pore has some increases, but maybe for certain model, S'pore could still be cheaper with discount.

Hi need some advice, i will be travelling to Dubai in 2 weeks time, is it a good place to get Rolex watches, is it cheaper over there? Cos its my first time there, heard from someone that its generally cheaper there. Any good place to recommend for getting Rolex watch? Thanks.
