Jeryl, let me put it another way: I am sure you have heard many Singaporeans have gone overseas on holiday, on business, whatever and have bought many things to bring home for their family, friends and themselves, bought Rolexes, Panerai, PP, Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Prada, whatever branded goods from Switzerland, Paris, Milan, Dubai, Hongkong, wherever but didn't get taxed at all. So don't have to worry too much about it. Unless you plan to get a dozen Rolexes or something.
