Selling Watch to Preown Shop

Went around ask price before I decide to sell my watch to which shop.
So come across this shop located at paya lebar mrt.
Went in let the auntie check the watch as every shop will ask to bring watch for them to c before they can quote price.
After seeing, she quoted me "A$", so I told auntie will come back again if her price is the best.
Came back 2nd day and auntie did as promise yesterday. After verifying quite long inside, dunno doing what (can't see also) and eventually watch is authentic.
As promise, she paid me A$.
Money took and inside pocket liao...
Guess what? Call me back after a while, told me the pearl dial bla bla bla. Not as nice etc.
Say sorry to me cannot pay me A$ and demand me to pay her back.
End day only can pay me B$ which is 1k lesser than suppose to be.
I was like wtf?
And show me the flaws etc on the watch dial etc... Returned her the money and left the unpleasant shop.
1st time deal and already so unpleasant.
Careful when u guys visit there. I careless too. Normally shop owner should open customer's watch to verify in front of customer unless Rolex centre.
Maybe this is their ways or tactics to gain more profit etc for their business...

I will not return the money.
They can do anything they want after taking the watch.
They can even call Police or whatever la, simply they can't do anything.
This is very unprofessional.

I think they had been there for at least 5 years already? Saw them like since the Circle Line renovation time. Went in once before, never really like the Aunty, besides the price quite ex, so can only see see look look at the watches outside.

Should sell to Yan H*, they will give high price mah.
Than they call but u just don‘t pick up loh.
But don‘t buy there loh.
Once they have too many watches and can‘t sell, they no choice have to sell cheaper to other preown shop.
So that they can pay their employee retrenchment benefit and close shop.

Lol... I know la but blame myself too stupid la.
1st time. Zzz... Everything also dunno.
Sigh... They say what I do what. They r the shop and I tot they can call the shot...

Technically, goods handed over, money transacted in good order, unless article is fake, there should be no legal need for you to return the payment.

Let me share one of my deal recently. I sold one of my Pam here. We went to TH for verification, everything is fine. We deal on the spot but later at night buyer call me ask me if can return the watch. I told him no unless the watch is not authentic. Next day he call me again told me my watch is fake, say he went to WC and "they looked further in the watch" and the watch have a Asian ETA inside. I trust TH for their reputation and experience and say bull****, I know what I buy and where I bought from. I suggest we go Richmond and he says ok. After another day he msg me and tell me watch is fine, we are good.??
If I had not been firm, I could be taken advantage of and god know what the guy could do to the watch before return me.

If your watch is real, then dun even need to bother & return the shop any $, as you are not obliged to do so once the deal is completed. Anyway, it's a bad/costly experience & hope others will learn from this to be careful & avoid such 2nd hand watch dealers

No la. Not only I wouldn't sell another item to them, I wouldn't even wanna have any transaction with them in the near future.
Apart from that, I also hope u guys to be aware of this yan h* second hand dealer.
Don't wish to c any1 kana such incident again.

That's y I insist buyer to go for verification etc at his/her convenient dealer or agent.
Cos once sold dont come make noise say fake etc.
But for this yan h*, I think this is somehow rather their tactics in gaining more for their business.
