To all who gave their suggestions, thank you thank you thank you. You have made my life 'easier', so to speak. Looks like I will get the Explorer or sub. But Daytona can get less for $10K meh? I thought Daytonas are like $20K over?

I think if ya can add $1k more, the GMT II would be a great choice! It's more than 40mm, list price at $10980, can tell time from 3 timezones and it's sporty!

I am not a big fan of green but with green being the "rolex colour", I think that adds to the speciality of the GMT II.

Personal opinion, Exp I or II are great watches too with high level of versatility but I would not go for a sub though. There're too many dive watches which look alike and in my opinion, Omega makes black dive watches better than Rolex (also COSC, longer power reserve, cheaper to service....)

DJII would also be a good choice if ya looking for a dressier timepiece in a more classy manner. Anyway, have fun deciding!

Sigh...I just saw the sub with the green cover, not green face. (16610LV i think, i'm not sure) VERY NICEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.

So now I am in a dilemma. Stuck in between 3 choices. Exp II black? Exp II white? Or the green sub?

                  Arghhhhhhhhh......

I would also recommend an explorer II.
But the new one with orange hand is more funkier than the more classic 16570 red.

The green sub would cost more than $10k for Brand New even from the forum Bros. can consider LNIB for slightly under $10k.

If you don't mind the older 40mm Explorer II with Red GMT hand, it's definetly much cheaper.

Personally, I prefer the GMT Master II though which is also within your budget.

It is best to buy what you like.
GMT, Sub, Exp 2 or Daytona, be it BNIB, LNIB or vintage, it is best that you decide for yourself.
End of the day, it is you that is spending the money.

Alot of watches do look alike, difference is the 5 match stick that would brighten your day.
And I have never heard, smell or taste any Omega that is better than Rolex.
