I appreciate if you can share with me what is the standard discount / discount possible for this piece of time piece

I have checked out 2 places the aiport and the AD .

Airport > 3% dscount and 7% GST rebate ( travelling out of SG)
AD> 10% standard discount

( seems like there is no different getting when travelling out of SG and getting from a AD)

Will be travelling to Italy, France, Switzerland in Dec and London in Mar... after reading the thread on purchase from oversea.. it seems that is as not as "worth" saving not significant.. is that true?
