          the new clasp definitely looks nicer than the old. I believe the new clasp is easier to latch and unlatch as compared to the old ones. I personally have problems with the old clasp as it is rather hard to unlatch.

          However, as the new clasp is longer than the old clasp, I believe for those who collector with small wrist, the old clasp will be more comfortable.

          My 2 cents worth.....
