  • First visit to RSC

When down this afternoon to RSC to get my 17000 battery change, customer service staff first words were " there is no charge at all for battery change for your watch" she then when on to inspect the watch while I fill in the form.
She told me it could be collect in 3 days times and said it was because the techs had their hands full at the moment, before leaving the staff told me that there are some catalogs at the counter and I was free to take them, I must say the staff treated me in a very professional way, after leaving the place and about an hour later got a call from the staff and said that the watch would be ready for collection on Thursday, am very pleased with their service.......... will update you guys when I collect back my watch.

Got a call from RSC this mid afternoon that the watch was ready for collection "surprisingly shock" did not have to wait till Thursday.
When down and was greeted with a smile, handed over the invoice and there she was giving my that cheeky smile ( I mean the 'watch' not the staff ) was told again that was not charge, did a quick inspection and handed it back to the staff and she proceeded to wrap the watch up in a polishing cloth and place it in the Rolex pouch, "another shock" not only free still get the cloth and pouch, said my thank you and went off like a kid with candy in his hands.
        Well done RSC.
As ask by fellow bro for pictures.

According to some forums and HJ Watch "Rolex Centre made a commitment it would provide free battery change for Rolex Quartz for life-time."
As I said in my first post the customer service staff first words were " there is no charge at all for battery change for your watch".
Not to sure why, but I'm very pleased that they made that commitment and RSC honored it.
To what I know when they change the battery it includes new gaskets and pressure testing.
