Took my Comex Sub 5514 to 196m at depth for 3 weeks -Saturation diving that is.
This watch has been caked with harden cement or grout and at time are soak in black crude oil after a job, need to chip off the harden cement from the watch~ Can't find a more rugged watch than this.
She has done her part and are on retirement mode now as someone in this forum might know. Cheers
Took mine 16610 to almost everything. Fishing, jogging, cycling, dry swimming... current doing reservist with it but it had went thru 4 Out field exercise in the past year & i am from Armour Unit!!.. Basically is a daily beater...
I wore mine normally for work and outings....nothing innthe wild that can cause deep scratches.
My reservist mate wore his gold sub for our three weeks overseas exercise which involve carrying heavy loads, chiong mountains, handling heavy tools, etc.
Milgauss on big motorboat (blue) and small motorboat (grey)
My friend fell into the sea from the grey boat the day after I took these photos. Luckily he had his lifejacket on. Only lost his glasses and suffered temporary cold since the water was subzero temperature.
My Daytona SS & Sub is daily wear regardless of whatever activities. However I changed to OEM strap for Daytona to prevent wear & tear. When I am walking in crowd along orchard road, I hide my watch underneath my shirt's sleeve.
only on formal dinner....... the rest of the time my rolex's either seat in watch box or in my save.... my daily watches will be my seiko or Marina militare....
Wei...give chance leh... Iam just a newbie...:red:
pesanan dari Hiroki untuk abang eastsider, berhati-hati waktu bertugas, keselamatan diri adalah penting sekali, semoga selamat pulang ke singapura,(tiada apa yang lebih penting tetapi kamu adalah penting)
eeeeee, gelinya kamu. Sekarang selamat lah, cuma training. Lain kali benar benar bertugas......tapi saya pernah bertugas di singapura berapa kali sebelum training ini, pening kepala dan masih goyang-goyang di darat setelah habis tugas di laut lah.
