different people do it differently
1) hold the watch by its lug horizontally and give it a soft counter clockwise turn.
2) wind it
3) shake it vigourously
4) shake it gently

For automatic watches that has screw-in crown, usually I spin it. If possible, I reduce the frequency of screw and unscrew to preserve the screw thread. For non screw-in crown, wind it first and then wear it.[SIZE="2"][U][B]Movement collection:[/B][/U]

u got plan ur attire and which watch to wear. i just pick up the one on table or swap any on the winder.
