Better resale value does not mean it can be sold off easily.
Better resale value I think is Daytona.
For easier resale I think is SubC with date and GMT IIc.

U must see trend.
Start of 2012 alot of buyers grabbing explorer 2 40mm, so price go up.
Mid of 2012 alot of buyers grabbing seadweller.
End of 2012 alot of buyers grabbing Sub date non ceremic.
Predict what will happen next?
My prediction is that after Chinese New Year, alot of ppl after gambling will sell their watches... No resale value for whatever watch...

Nahh...there are always alot of gambling at anytime. Not that they will start selling their watches after CNY, no such trend noticed.

datejust has the worst resale value
some sports model like ym II and milgauss also has poor resale value

rest of sports model generally has better resale value - eg submariner, daytona, gmt 2c, seadweller
