Really depends on what watch & the 4Cs of the diamond. A super rare watch & a perfect/flawless diamond would def hold their value well or better still, their value will appreciate overtime. Getting a common/normal watch or less than an ordinary diamond would be a waste of $$$ since neither appreciates in value. Best is to invest ur $$$ in property or blue chip stocks cos in the long run the $$$ would grow?
