Hi all..when we said self winding is it means also automatic..if yes and why the watch stop running when just put aside for about 1-2days so everytime got to adjust before wearing it..is it normal..thanks for advice.

Yes it is normal. Watches that come with mechanical movements have power reserve. For an automatic watch, as long as the watch is put at rest for some time, when the power reserve in it is used up, it will stop. In simpler explanation, it is just like one that uses battery. As long as the battery power is used up, it will stop right? Then you will have to replace the battery to keep it going again.
