Does Rolex still accept crystal glass change without a full service? My sapphire crystal is scratched and magnifier is chipped!

I got a long scratch on my gmt 2 Batman. Anyone got ideas on how to remove it ? I tried toothpaste but doesn't help. Scratch is kinda dress I can feel it. Hit on the plate that my colleague was carrying. Heart so pain

If light scratch poly watch can solve it, but if its a deep scratch then good luck
