  • Getting a Rolex for my Dad

My dad passed me quite a few watches since i am born.
Not really expensive one, but I love them all.
He used to have a Rolex Dayjust(Gold) when he was younger

He is 68, no more Rolex watch after wind up his business decades ago.
His health is not so good also, one eye cannot see, throat cancer patient, but is surviving well under control. I wanna see him smile wearing a nice watch.

    My budget below $4500.
What model of Rolex do you all suggest for a good used one.

    Thanks

Datejust 36mm my vote too. With Jubilee bracelet, classic. But I may be biased.

            A 16233 or 16013 will be good.
            Classic matCh.
The time in life is perpertually moving forward while that in the watch is going in circles.

Agreed 16233! And would fit nicely in the budget. I think if u get the exact same model that he had last time...he will definitely be touched!
