Can i just check with you guys..i have done my resize at RSC recently, managed to removed 4 links from the original 13 links due to my small wrist, but notice that one side is having more links than the other, kinda looks unbalance. Is that normal? Or can i ask them to re-do it again?

usually the 6 o'clock side have more links to 'pull' the watch closer to you. if both sides have the same number of links, then there is a higher chance that the watch will slide away from you.
it is up to individual preference if the number of links on both sides are to be the same. if you want to re-size it, you can go back to them to get it re-size

yes. can use screw-driver and perform DIY. however, one will need the 'right' size so that the blade sits into the groove properly so as to prevent slippage and scratch the sides of the link and/or bracelet should the blade not sit inside the groove of the screw.
another consideration is that it is preferred to use apply 'lock-tight' solution on the screw thread before screwing in.
it is all personal preference again

I think it is common that when you have your bracelet open, it should look much longer on the top-side i.e. shorter on the bottom (attached to the "6" side). This will center the entire clasp in the middle of the bracelet which affords the highest level of comfort.
At the end of the day, sizing is a very personal thing - some people like the bracelet to be snug fit; others (like myself) like it to be loose and flap around a bit. There is no right or wrong way of wearing it - just whatever works for you.

My wife just had her new Sub ND resized at RSC, to remove a permanent link. The service at RSC was free and best of all, it came with a free Rolex pouch and cleaning cloth. All you have to do is to bring your warranty card along with your watch to RSC.
I must say I am impressed with the service at RSC after having been to Swatch Group to service watches. My madness so far:
Omega 2254.50
Pam 112 'N' Series
Pam 305 'O'Series
Rolex 6694
Rolex GMT 2 9 Million Series aka "FAT LADY"
Rolex Exp I 'Z' Series 114270
Rolex Exp II 'F' Series 16570
Rolex Sub 'V' Series 16610
Rolex Sub ND 'AN' Series 14060M
Rolex Milgauss GV 'M' Series
Rolex Milgauss White 'M' Series
Sinn U1 SDR
Seiko Darth Tuna SBDX011
Ball Deepquest
JLC Navy Seal diver 42mm
