Ha dude, it applies to car too unless you buy the car and keep it in the showroom's warehouse and thereafter sell it to someone else. If you take the car, drive straight home, I think it should be considered pre-owned since you dove the car... Just like a watch, once you wear (drive) it, it is considered pre-owned. Unless you can box a car up like a watch and send it straight back home like a watch! haha...

Yes, it is if it has been resized or if the watch was worn when coming into Singapore even if it is for like 10-15 minutes.
