no need buffing machine. just a bench grinder and a buffing wheel . I have literally half a dozen wheel grinders (some made in USA)

also no need to use angmoh sandpaper, im using korean, and it works fine. just make sure you are buying premium grade and not the elcheapo ones

of course it is a lot of work, afterall, you are paying for his labour having said that, if you are hoping to replicate the effect using cape cod.... i'd say forget it.

                    Self polishing for Rolex?

Any gurus tried the above can advice if it is possible to D.I.Y and if possible, can advise the materials and steps needed to take?I know that scratches on watch is unavoidable like cars but at least we can groom or polish off scratches ourselves,it will be great!

Especially on TT which is very prone to scratches once worn on the wrist

Will you polish your car yourself? I don't mean wax but polish...

I only know there's this Cape Cod cloth that you can buy off the shelves in some of the DIY/watch shops to polish light scratches off polished surfaces of the watch. But it is not popularly recommended because too much of usage may just wear down the metal faster.
