  • Rolex 6694 Bracelet Snap!

It seems that my bracelet snapped.. and I wonder should I be sending to RSC to have it fixed! or anyone might have a good suggestion as I know RSC charges are sometime high... Mine snapped at the lower chains just 3 below the lugs area.. Hope someone can share some light. Cheers

you can always go to RSC and ask them to fix, however, they might ask you to do full service which would cost about 1k.

alternatively, you can proceed to people's park complex and source for after market bracelet.

This has been always the case where they will encourage owners to have their watch sent in for a complete servicing cos this is one of their income if not how would they survive just from selling watches.. right!

No idea actually.. When I open my car door, sat at the seat and suddenly, the whole watch fell off from my wrist to my lap.

                      i suspect its corrosion.

in the past my father's thin bracelet also corroded till broke.

from your pict the bracelet looks decent.
                      just the pin broke.

small matter. nothing major. at least it is not corrosion that cause the link to break.
